Problem Note 46486: In SAS® 9.3, the SQL procedure re-sorts previously sorted tables when you perform join operations

In SAS 9.3, PROC SQL chooses a plan that causes tables to be re-sorted before joining them. This occurs even when the sorted tables have the Validated flag set to Yes.
As a result of this issue, system resources and execution times are increased, in comparison to earlier SAS releases.
This problem has been fixed in SAS 9.3 TS1M2.
